Oliver Justice
BA (Hons) Architecture, MArch (Hons) Architecture, PGDip.Arch Postgraduate Certificate Professional Practice and Management in Architecture, ARB registered & an RIBA member
Following a decade of studying and employment with some of the best design-led architectural practices in the southwest, in 2020, Oliver began setting up a design studio located in the heart of Frome, Somerset, with projects across the southwest.
The most formative practices Oliver has worked for include Prewett Bizley Architects, who pioneered some of the most extreme low-energy retrofit projects to date in the UK, and Ferguson Mann Architects, who have a national reputation for award-winning architecture, urban design and conservation. Other practices include CaSA, Childs and Sulzmann and Moon Architect and Builder. All of which have provided Oliver with a wealth of experience and diverse perspectives.
Having graduated from The University of Plymouth with a BA (Hons) and The University of Bath with a MArch (Hons) where his design team won the BDP Nick Terry Urban Design award and was put forward by the University as an entry for the RIBA President's Medal awards. Oliver went on to qualify as an architect and joined the ARB having completed a PGDip in Professional Practice and Management in Architecture at The University of the West of England.
Oliver is proud to be a member of the RIBA, which ensures he and his small team practice with the highest professional and ethical standards.
Alongside Oliver's current architectural projects, he is in charge of the development of a company called Monolith Visuals where he oversees the management of professional relationships, contracts and quality assurance across the company.
Ruari Pawluk
BA (Hons) Architecture
Ruari "Ru" Pawluk joined our design studio in January 2020 with a Bachelor of Architecture from Oxford Brookes University. Specialising as an Architectural Designer and CGI Artist, Ru seamlessly blends creativity with technical expertise in architectural visualisation (ArchViz), architecture, and product design.
Ru began his career at The 3D Print Shop in Bristol, developing advanced 3D printing techniques and managing design and programming projects. This experience, along with his freelance work creating virtual and physical models, instilled a strong commitment to sustainable design and minimising environmental impact.
At our studio, Ru collaborates closely with Oliver Justice to refine design solutions and produce detailed visuals. Proficient in complex 3D software packages, he effectively streamlines complex projects and brings client visions to life. His dedication to continuous learning and innovative methods enhances the quality and creativity of every project he undertakes.
Ru's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish a successful cast concrete basins company and design unique furniture pieces from concrete and timber, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to sustainability in product development.
Outside of work, Ru enjoys tennis and downhill mountain biking, integrating his personal passions into his professional life and adding a unique personal touch to his projects. His easy-going yet hardworking nature makes him a valued team member and a pleasure to work with.

His dedication to excellence and ability to harmonise passion with profession drive significant advancements in our architectural and design endeavours, inspiring those around him to push creative boundaries.
Jarod Taylor
B.EnvD Environmental Design
Jarod joined the studio in 2022 after completing a Bachelor of Environmental Design (B.EnvD). Through this interdisciplinary degree, he explored architecture, landscape architecture, urban planning, and sustainable design. His studies covered modules such as architectural history, environmental systems, and sustainable design strategies, providing a strong foundation in how the built environment interacts with natural systems. By integrating ecological principles, Jarod aims to reduce environmental impact while enhancing occupant well-being.
As an Architectural Assistant, Jarod works closely with Oliver Justice to translate client ambitions into thoughtful, value-driven solutions. Jarod’s creative and technical expertise with various CAD software packages is pivotal to refining each design, helping clients understand what they are getting through the development of 3D models and visualisations. His commitment to sustainability and thoughtful design contributes to our wider goal of creating lasting positive change in the built environment.
Donna Scappaticci
Donna joined the studio in 2024 as the Financial Controller, working closely with Oliver Justice to ensure each project meets both short-term financial targets and the studio’s long-term goals. By monitoring budgets, identifying potential savings, and promoting efficient resource use, Donna helps maintain our client-led, sustainability-focused approach. Her expertise in financial analysis ensures the company remains viable and stable, allowing Oliver and his team to focus on lasting, positive change in the built environment.

Studio Justice & Co. is a brand identity operating under Monolith Visuals Limited (Company Number 10951419). Oliver is the director, and Ruari leads a small team of CGI artists who create exceptional visual stories for a wide range of businesses, from nationwide retail chains to innovative start-ups.
Our unique business model combines architectural expertise with a passion for visual storytelling. We do this to achieve financial stability through low-risk, steady, profit-driven strategies that support our design agenda. By operating both Monolith Visuals and our architectural studio under a single VAT-registered company, we optimise costs and pass those savings on to our clients.
