An architecture design studio situated in Frome and supported by the Makers Yard community. We prioritise low-carbon and ethical practices, aiming for a contemporary aesthetic informed by the regional vernacular. Our small team places a strong emphasis on crafting spaces with a specific atmosphere that adds value to the health and well-being of its occupants. We aspire to challenge the conventional methods prevalent in the oil-driven construction industry by advocating for bio-based construction, localised production and designs that address the long-term environmental impact of our architecture.

We dont have a style; we respond in a way that feels appropriate for the setting and the existing building owners' ambitions. We work to refine the design until we find the best solution for the project and aim to leave a legacy of buildings fit for the future.
We carefully limit the number of projects we take on. This ensures each client receives our undivided attention and allows us to establish a direct, open, creative dialogue.
We provide practical advice that empowers clients to understand the design process. At every stage, we help them make informed decisions.
We’re not driven by profit. Instead, we’re led by our studio’s vision and our clients’ ambitions to create lasting change.
We are now taking on new projects for 2025, so if our ethos above resonates with you, we would love to hear from you so please get in touch with us via the links below or drop into our studio.
